Founded by Severo Eduardo M. Yap in 1998, the company whom he previously work trained him and other personnel in SCUBA diving course, in time he find his passion on diving underwater. He made a living on what he loves to do, and share it with others-- teaching SCUBA diving courses, making sure the students learn while enjoying the experience.
He never stop having fun on diving, he learns from his own experience and keeps on learning more from studying and researching, he develops and enhance what he already had on his mind. He expand the company further to serve underwater related industries from construction, inspection, maintenance and repair.
He build his own team, trained them carefully like what he did growing sea corals for years. And where he enjoy doing his passion he never forgets to take good care of the environment and his employees. As part of his extra-curricular activities he loves to grow corals, with an open mind that one day the world will see the beauty underwater- open their hearts and hopes to help them understand and connect with nature.
There are continuous program development, training and seminars for personnel at Fled Dive Center, to keep them abreast with the service they offer and be better prepared on challenges they will encounter.
The collaboration and coordination with both private and government institution are well maintained at Fled Dive Center, making sure the world standards as well as national laws are understood and followed.

Severo Eduardo M. Yap (Eddie), finished his mechanical engineering technology, major in machine shop at Iligan Institute of Technology, Mindanao State University. And Mechanical Engineering at Saint Peter's College.
His previous job is an electrical control operator at Agus IV Hydro-Electric Power Plant at Mindanao Regional Center, National Power Corporation (NAPOCOR). While in NAPOCOR he was trained in SCUBA diving at Philippine Navy, Special Warfare Group Class-24, Sangley Point Cavity City. The training includes seventeen (17) divers of NAPOCOR, which will be assign to underwater inspection and maintenance of NAPOCOR thermal and hydro power plants all over the country.
In 1998, he completed the continuing education for sports SCUBA diving with PADI-International at PADI Asia Pacific, Brookvale NSW, Australia, and awarded the rating as Open Water SCUBA Instructor.
On that same year he opened a business named FLED Dive Center, with him as the manager.
In 2001, He opened and managed SCUBA Diving school at Duka Bay Resort, Medina, Misamis Oriental then organized and headed the Duka Reef Divers Association, with an intention for coastal environmental development of the area.
In 2005, he opened the Midway White Beach Resort Aquasports and Scuba Diving school at Tubigan, Initao, Misamis Oriental.
On 9 November 2005, he is trained and certified on EMERGENCY FIRST RESPONSE Primary care (CPR)/Secondary care (FIRST AID) and care for children and can conduct trainings under EFR International with EFR No. 461674.
